Q. What does your rental service include?
A - 1 Margarita Lizard machine:
   - 1 skirted cart for machine (click to view machine)
   - 50 cups, napkins, & straws
   - 1 bar caddy
   - 1 batch of mix
   - 1 - 5- gal. pre-measured mixing container (property of Margarita Lizard)
   - 1 - 3 tier salt tray, lime juice, w/1 choice of our festive colored salts
   - Choice of 1 flavored sugar rimmer
   - 1- 25’ heavy duty ext. cord if needed
   - Delivery, setup, pick-up & cleaning of machine
We also have flavored sugar rimmers and drink flavors at an additional cost (click to view flavors) Multiple machine rental packages and weekday specials available at some locations. (click to view rentals).
 
 
Q. Are the machines easy to use?
A - Never been easier! Sit back , relax and let Margarita Lizard do all the
     work for you.
   - We will show you how to make 1st. batch & operate machine.
   - We leave clear printed instructions & trouble free operation on back of
      machine.

Q. How many drinks does one batch make?
A  - Every batch makes about 5 gallons of product.
    - 5 gallons will produce about 71- 9 oz. drinks.
    - Serving 25 people with almost 3 drinks each.
 
 
Q. How long does the first batch take to freeze?
A  - Indoors about 40 minutes.
    - Outside on warm days, up to an hour.
    - No waiting between batches because you add to the top of reservoir
      when mix-low light comes on.
 
 
Q. Who provides the liquor and how much will I need?
A    - “You provide the liquor” of your choice, Tequila or Rum, Yahoo! Its
         party time.
      -  A medium strength batch of margaritas calls for 1.75 liters of Tequila.

      -  2 to 3 liters of liquor can be added for a stronger batch of margaritas
         (most commonly used).
      - Don’t be fooled by cheap Tequila or Rum, it is cheap for a reason.
      - Jose Cuervo & Bacardi Rum is a good mid ranged priced liquor that will
         boost the taste of your margarita experience.
 
 
Q. Are other flavored drinks available?
A   - Absolutely! We have many flavors to choose from (click to view flavors).
     - We also carry flavored sugar rimmers such as:
       Banana Daiquiri sugar
       Peach Daiquiri sugar
       Strawberry Daiquiri sugar
       Pina Colada Sugar
       Green Apple sugar
 
 
Q. Can I used these machines for kids parties?
A   - Absolutely!, kids need fun too!
     - Any of these drink flavors can be served alcohol free for adults or kids
       for any special event as a slushy.
 
 
Q. How far in advance should I reserve a Margarita machine?
A  - 2 weeks or more is recommended
    - There are only a limited number of machines available
    - Book now especially around the holidays and special events such as:
    - Christmas parties
    - New Years parties
    - Superbowl parties etc.
 
 
Q. What forms of payments do we accept?
A  - Most Margarita Lizard locations accept Visa, and Mastercard.
    - Some locations may take Checks, some do not. Call your city   location
       to verify if checks are accepted. (click to view locations).
    - Most locations require securing reservation on a credit card.
    - There will be no charge on your card until machine is picked up.
    - 72 hour cancellation policy on all locations excluding VA.

    - 7 Day cancellation or a 30% fee will be charged to your card for          Woodbridge, Va.

 
 
Q. What do I need to provide?
A  - Simple!, alcohol if so desired. Yahoo! Lets party!
    - Have alcohol pre-purchased and chilled in freezer when we get there.
    - Any of your favorite garnishings such as sliced lime wedges
      ( highly recommended ).
    - A dedicated 110v/15-20 amp circuit. Margarita Lizard will provide
      heavy gauge ext. cord if needed.
    - A smile on your face and the biggest party hat you can find.
    - Prepare your taste buds for one of the most refreshing margaritas that
      you have ever experienced.
    - A designated driver and/or telephone numbers for local taxis.
