KALANA |
Kalana
Coffee Specialty
is a new and delicious
alcohol beverage
produced at one
of Mexico's finest
production facilities.
Made by an entirely
new method using
fermentation (wine)
and then strengthened
with aged brandy.
Bottled at 14% (28
proof) Kalana is
similar in strength
to many distilled
hard liquor cordials
liqueurs.
The
rich flavor of kalana
is achieved by percolating
the combined alcohol
base through rich
select coffee beans.
This results in
kalana being more
like a "fresh-brewed"
taste instead of
an "instant
coffee" taste
found in some of
the distilled hard
liquor versions.
No artificial coffee
flavor is used in
kalana at all.

| LOS
CABOS |
| "AGAVE
ESPECIAL" AGAVE
WINE |
|
Los
Cabos- the most
creative new wine
specialty product
to come along in
at least a couple
decades. Bottled
in Mexico from Agave,
the same cactus-like
plant from which
Tequila is produced.
There
are some differences.
Most tequila is
made from Agave
and up to 50% cane
sugar. There is
only 1 tequila product
on the American
market that is 100%
Agave-that is Los
Cabos.
The
result in Los Cabos
is an aroma and
taste that is more
like tequila than
tequila itself!
Tequila is a distilled
spirit with at least
40% (80 proof) alcohol.
Los Cabos is a fermented
product with a small
portion of distilled
product (also 100%
Agave) added to
bring the alcohol
up to 20%.
Because
of the Unique Methods
used in Los Cabos
and Kalana, these
products are classified
as wine instead
of hard liquor and
can be sold by ALL
beer and wine licensees.
